Current
Draw
A drag-to-wire circuit builder for iPhone and iPad. Wire glowing power to the parts that crave it, and keep a living board alight as it grows — one clean trace at a time.
Coming soon to the App Store
A calm game of current and consequence.
Power sources feed the components that crave them. Wire each source to consumers of the same colour, keep every part fed as the board grows week after week — and never let two colours touch. Simple to draw, ruthless to untangle.
How it plays
Draw traces
Drag to lay a trace. Each segment costs 1 from your budget; switch to erase and it all refunds. Rethinking is free.
One bus per colour
Only matching colours trade power. The pro move: a single shared bus per colour, so its sources pool to feed the whole net.
Mind the demand
LEDs sip; coils gulp 5×. A ring of pips is a part's pending demand — let it fill and ignore it, and the part overloads.
Shorts & bridges
Two colours on one line shorts — red, and fatal in 12s. Drop a bridge to route through a part, or to let two lines cross clean.
Weeks & upgrades
Every week the board grows and hands you trace. Every 3 weeks, pick 1 of 3 upgrades. Survive as long as your wiring holds.
The bench, playable right here.
The real engine, running in your browser. Drag on the board to wire it. Pick a voltage and see how long you last.
Same simulation as the App Store build — lane-aware routing, demand, faults, weekly upgrades.
Hand-built, number by number.
A one-person studio game, built the studio way: exact numbers over adjectives, one doc per concern, everything regenerable from a script. No engine, no ads, no analytics.
Pure Canvas, no engine
HTML5 Canvas and vanilla JS. No build step, no dependencies, no framework — traces, signals and heat bloom drawn as geometry.
A deterministic core
The whole sim is pure logic over integer cell keys and a seeded RNG. Unit-tested, and ported 1:1 to a Swift package for the iOS build.
Accessible by law
Nothing rides on colour alone: shape glyphs, trace dash patterns, a CVD-safe palette, plus VoiceOver, Dynamic Type and Reduce Motion.
iCloud & Game Center
Best runs and settings follow you across iPhone and iPad. Leaderboards and achievements handled by Apple — we never see your identity.
Pick your pressure.
Higher voltage spawns hungrier parts and ramps faster — shorter, sharper runs. Tuned against target session lengths in a headless economy sim.
Traces light up the moment a circuit completes, so you learn the flow. The training tier — free to start.
Fans, displays and motors with real appetite. Copper runs golden under load. Stay on top of it.
Hungry motors and red-hot heating coils. Constant pressure, no mercy. For when the bench feels tame.
Same bench, four boards.
A finish reskins the whole board — substrate, lattice, copper, the ink the nets are drawn in, even the chrome around it. It is render-only: it never reaches the simulation, so the seed, the difficulty and the score are identical whichever board you play on. Every shot below is the same run.
Soldermask Free
The shipping look, and the one the game was designed around — green soldermask, plated copper on a dotted lattice. It ships with the game and is never taken away.
Bare Board Finish Pack
Unmasked substrate with olive-brass conductors. The copper is pulled halfway toward green on purpose: raw copper sat so close to the amber net that gold wire and gold parts read as the same thing. The most restrained of the four — it shows most on the traces you have laid but not yet powered.
Blueprint Finish Pack
Drafting blue under a ruled grid, with conductors drawn as flat white ink rather than plated metal. Thinner traces, no sheen — the board reads as a drawing of itself.
Drafting Paper Finish Pack
The only light board: aged parchment and graphite. It inverts the rules — no glow anywhere, so a run's load shows as ink weight instead, and the nets drop from neon to muted printer's ink. Even the toolbar turns to a paper card.
Soldermask is free. Bare Board, Blueprint and Drafting Paper come together in the Finish Pack — one purchase, cosmetic only, and shared with your family.
Score chased, weeks survived.
Leaderboards for score and weeks survived on every voltage, and six achievements to chase — from your first delivery to a kilowatt run.
